For the last office hour in May, we are coming back to the topic of reporting. This time around, our Community Engagement Consultant, Melissah Watson, will be dropping in to provide quick strategic advice on closing out your engagement projects.
We will also touch on best practices around exporting submissions via Project Reports, using data from Sentiment & Feedback (EngagementHQ) to evaluate your engagement across the entire lifecycle. Lastly, we will share some tips around participant management for further engagement.
