Do you attend the City of Kwinana's major events?

We need your feedback to help us shape the future of our events while you get rewarded for sharing your thoughts!

The City of Kwinana Events Participant Experience Group (EPEG) was established to provide a means for the City to gather a genuine user insight to the planning and delivery of our major events.

The Group will be tasked with advocating the events to the broader Kwinana community, as well as undertaking site audits during events assessing in the following key areas:

1. Site layout including ingress and egress flows
2. Signage and wayfinding
3. Entertainment and installations
4. Quality of service
5. Accessibility and Inclusion
6. General feedback

Members must:

• Reside in Kwinana or be a frequent attendee of City events.
• Be committed to attending a minimum of 3 of the 4 major events delivered throughout the year for at least 1 hour in duration
• Commit to providing honest feedback through the designated channels with a view to help improve the City’s event planning and delivery, e.g. surveys, debriefing etc.

Group members attending the City’s major events will be eligible for one (1) $20 food voucher to be used on the night at one of the attending food trucks and one (1) $50 Wish gift card per event attended. In the instance where a member is a child under 12 years of age, the child will receive one (1) $20 food voucher and one (1) $25 gift card.
